We had some trouble with ants in the kitchen and didn't hear back from the property manager on any sort of resolution. It happens, but made it difficult to use the kitchen well. „This home was very comfortable and quite honestly adorable. The private patio (of which I would call a sanctuary) is also very nice to relax in with a glass of wine or whatever you prefer. The hosts were also very quick to answer any questions that I had which is a plus. I highly recommend this unit and plan on going back when visiting Eugene.“

„This was the best and cleanest rental home I stayed in! Rented this home for the weekend to host family for my graduation party. It being pet friendly made it so convenient. It smelled amazing when we walked in and the home was immaculate. Great communication with the property owners and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Ample room for our 2 SUVs and 1 truck to park with more parking to spare. I will absolutely be renting the cozy cottage again!“

„I don’t often write reviews but our stay was absolutely perfect! The kitchen had everything we needed for a bbq, the towels were especially nice and plenty of them. The house was very clean! We had five adults and a couple of toddlers and we had plenty of places to sleep. We saw deer out of our window every day which was so fun for the little ones. The only complaint I could come up with is the downstairs bed is full/double sized (as it says in the listing) and it’s a tad small for two adults. ...

„We took my mother-in-law to the beach for a few days, and this house was perfect!! There is a bedroom and both bathrooms on the first floor, so she didn't have to use the stairs. The view from the front windows is absolutely amazing, and she LOVED sitting in the chair there and watching the waves! The beach is just a short walk away. The kitchen was very nice and had everything we needed. It was also nice having the washer and dryer to dry our wet clothes after getting caught by a wave. The gas ...

„Very nice house for a couple that is one property off the beach, with good views and super access to an incredible beachside trail. The house was just as advertised and all systems were in good order and the beds and furniture are comfortable. No dishwasher would be an issue for us for longer stays, but not for the two nights we stayed. We would definitely stay again. “

„The location for walking is great - easy walk into town or out into nature. Only recommendations would be to replace the mattress on the bed - not very comfortable and an extra blanket for the trundle bed - a half quilt and a throw not enough. Otherwise the room has everything needed for a few days or even weeks.“

„Cute older place. Amazing location for the price. Someone needs to check the dishes between guests instead of relying on the honor system. Everything I went to use was visible dirty. Also none of the windows or sliding doors have screens we like to get the fresh sea air with out all the little bugs flying in. Overall I would stay here again if it stays the same price.“
