„This condo was perfect! A clean, quiet and cozy get away. This place has everything you need and more. Kitchen was well stocked. The decor was beautifully done. Puzzles, books and games on hand for guests. The view of the river was amazing and perfect for watching birds and the sunsets with a glass of coffee and/or wine. It's just a short walk to the beach and downtown. Secure/gated parking. We definitely have this written down as a place to visit again.“

„The condo was clean and included a well-equipped kitchen. It's right on the prom and is on the fourth floor. The view from the living room and balcony right off of that room was spectacular! We loved the short walk to the beach, very short walk to the promenade, and close proximity to the heart of Seaside. Our only frustration was with the TV - we had a hard time navigating to Movie sources.“

„We had an incredible time at this property. The listing is accurate and the place is full of light and super comfy. Being on the 6th floor the view is nice with a partial view of the beach. Our last night we experienced a storm and with the large windows it was quite a show with lightning to boot. The only slightly off thing was the bed. It was a lovely king sized bed but there is a thick foam topper on it that leaves you feeling as though you are sleeping on a giant marshmallow. I still slept ...

„The property was perfect for our needs. Very clean but not an overwhelming odder from cleaning products. No carpet is a big plus for our family. The accommodations felt warm and inviting. The only negative I can see at all is the checkout time of 10am is a bit early, 11 would be much better.“
