„The house itself was beautiful, clean, large enough for 4 adults and 4 children. The description on the listing though, is a little off. It doesn’t have year round views of a lake and I would not say this property is waterfront. House is situated on high ground with a big drop, that you cannot climb down. I’m glad my children were old enough to understand to not go near the edge. The small town of Dorset was 15 mins drive and it had everything you would need. Great fishing spot too. Dwight Beach ...

„This is our second time at this property. Our first visit was during winter (to enjoy winter sports at Arrowhead), and this time we visited by early summer with the whole family.The cottage is beautiful and super cozy for couples and larger families alike. We had a great time enjoying the outdoors, canoeing and fishing by the lake. The hosts are also the best. I have a feeling that visiting Idlehour will become a family tradition for us!“

„This lakeside home was perfectly appointed for our family - we were pre-celebrating my mom's 90th birthday so we had my brother's family and my family stay together for the week - and we could not have asked for anything better. The younger adults had their own space downstairs to hang around and play ping pong and the "older" group had the gracious living room upstairs. Plenty of beds for sleeping, kitchen was well stocked with plates, cutlery etc. and the home had all the bells and whistles!! ...
