„Everything went really well. The apartment is perfect and clean. The only two issues are: (1) the apartment was very hot and we couldn’t find the control for temperature; (2) the outside of the apartment like the entrance to the building and the building corridors were but clean and the stairs entering the building is slippery. However, if I go to London again I would use this place especially over summer.“

„Overall, the place is great! Every nicely appointed and furnished. Very cozy & met all our needs. Great location, close to Western and downtown. Excellent communication with and by our host. Only 2 drawbacks: i) outside entryway was rather overgrown with plants and need to be trimmed, which impeded access somewhat on the rather narrow walkway; and 2) the stairway up to the unit is in good shape, but is on the narrower side, and quite steep.
