„Nach den Bildern im Internet waren wir wahrscheinlich im falschen Hotel.... Die Bilder haben teilweise nicht der Wahrheit entsprochen. Unser Zimmer war in einem schlechten Zustand und sollte dringend renoviert werden. Insbesondere war das Frühstück eine Frechheit. Es hatte nicht einmal den Standard continental. Verglichen mit den Bildern im Internet grenzt dass schon fast an Betrug. Als Stammkunde bei hotels.com mit insgesamt Übernachtungen im dreistelligen Bereich, hat es das Hotel in die Top 3 ...

„Das Hotel ist ok, aber das Frühstück besteht aus einem Ei und einem Schokoriegel oder Muffin, das auf dem Zimmer gegessen werden muss, schon ärgerlich bei dem Preis. Die Umgebung ist trostlos, eine amerikanische Kleinstadt eben. Fitnessangebot etwa 2 Meilen entfernt in einem Fitnesscenter, das war abr dann kostenfrei.“

„The best Red Roof Inn I have every stayed at from inside out. Really nice sitting benches with bear statues, the murals add inviting touch. Lobby was bright and staff was excellently warm and friendly. Our room was great, newly renovated, and not just a coat of paint. The beds, well, if I wasn't honest, I would have taken them home. „One of the good ones in every sense of the word! Somewhat outside of Abingdon itself but really easy to get to from the Main Street. Quiet, very clean, very helpful and nice staff, some absolutely beautiful views all around the place. A very enjoyable Mexican restaurant very close by, delicious food with great prices. I would love to stay here again any time, seriously.“

„We arrived in the wee hours of the morning. The woman who was at the counter was so kind and courteous. The next morning she was just as pleasant, same with who took over that day and the woman maintaining the buffet kept it stocked and was so friendly. “
