10/10 Excellent

"We had a great stay. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Bikes loaners just outside the lobby. We ordered room service breakfast, which was delicious. Especially the chile chiles. Excellent 👍 Heard there were s'mores in the atrium, but had dinner reservation in North Beach. Didn't make s'mores but next time for sure 😊"

"I had a great stay at this hotel. The location at Fisherman’s Wharf was extremely convenient and made it easy to explore the area on foot. The property has a fantastic vibe—low-key, relaxed, and fun. I especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces, which were perfect for unwinding, and the fire pits created a great atmosphere in the evenings. The room was very clean and comfortable, with an excellent shower and some of the best pillows I've had in a hotel. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

Handlery Union Square Hotel

"The staff were great every single one of them! However the property is very old, squeaky floors, low dimmed lighting. The AC (thermostat) is extremely old and not the most efficient. The shower pressure was very weak. Room was clean and comfortable however, not much views even from the 7th floor. The pool area is in a courtyard so very shady until 11am-1pm. It is a heated pool however. Location was amazing and extremely convenient. Overall 3.5/5."

Parc 55 San Francisco - A Hilton Hotel

"The room was clean. My door to my room almost locked me out and my wife in several times. The hotel is very nice otherwise. My main complaint is that I was double charged for Parking my car on hotel property overnight. So I paid double for parking. When I called the hotel to ask about why they told me I was gonna have to deal and (I guess you'll just have to call your bank if its that big of a deal) there was nothing else they could do. Just didn't seem to care or understand my trying to explain i was charged twice once on two different days regardless of no longer being at the hotel. Ironically an email to review my stay showed up after the phone call to resolve the issue occurred."

"We had a very enjoyable stay at the Kimpton Alton Hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stylish décor, excellent facilities, and a great atmosphere. The room was lovely, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the location is ideal for exploring Fisherman’s Wharf and many of San Francisco’s main attractions. The restaurant and gym were both excellent additions and helped make our stay even more enjoyable. There are, however, a few things worth noting for future guests. Tea and coffee were only available during the morning service, and there was no kettle or coffee machine in the room, which was a little disappointing. Our package included breakfast, but this was provided as a voucher towards breakfast in the restaurant rather than a fully inclusive breakfast. Guests should also be aware that a compulsory 20% gratuity is added, along with additional local San Francisco charges, which increased the final bill. Parking was another surprise. While parking is available, we were not expecting the cost of approximately $75 per day plus taxes, so it is worth factoring this into your budget before booking. Overall, this is a lovely hotel in a fantastic location with great facilities, but it is worth being aware of the additional costs that can arise during your stay."
