„Hotel liegt im U-District mit guter Anbindung zur downtown. Zimmerservice kam nur alle zwei Tage, war aber ausreichend. Gut ausgestatteter Fitness-Raum. Bagels zum toasten und Porridge zum Frühstück; daneben noch aufgewärmte verpackte Leckereien. Für Europäer teils zu fett oder zu süß. Wenn man den Müll, den man beim Frühstück produziert, übersieht, dann insgesamt ein gutes amerikanisches Frühstück. “

„The property was amazing. Things I didn’t like, it was a basement unit, and always cool. No way to control the temperature ( that I could find) in the unit. The only parking is on the street. I had to plan ahead what to bring in. The neighbors in the back, had an Apple tree. There were yucky, dead apples all along the path to the back and the stairs. I was visiting my grandson in the UW district. Was very convenient for that “

„We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean and well appointed for a multi day stay. The location is excellent for families with a nearby park. „This was an ideal Seattle stay location. Great decor, perfect kitchen, comfortable beds, easy parking and in/out the door...exactly what I was hoping for. „The place is overall very nice and we had a good stay. The 3rd floor experienced a temporary electricity and Wi-Fi outage, but this was not the owner’s fault and beyond their control. They promptly emailed us with clear guidance to resolve the issue, which we really appreciated. My only suggestion would be for the owner to update the main contact email on Expedia (or other platforms) to the one they actively use, since emails sent to the Expedia address did not get a reply, while the app email ...

„This was a great property for our family. We especially enjoyed the location and back patio. We didn’t have a car and used the light rail system for all of our exploring in the city. Having a market a few blocks away was really nice for our snacking needs!! We ended most nights sitting outside on the back patio enjoying the gorgeous weather. Quiet, friendly neighbors. The only real noise was from the Highway nearby, but it wasn’t too bad.“

„Very cozy spot to return to after hours of exploring. We loved the quiet neighborhood, and the shops nearby. The easy access to interstate 5 was also a plus. Personally I found the bed and linens very soft and comfortable. Even though the top floor was being rented out, the neighbors upstairs were very quiet and we had 0 issues. Also the little patio outside was very lovely. We would return again, especially for the location and the ability to park our rental car.“
