„The property was amazing. Things I didn’t like, it was a basement unit, and always cool. No way to control the temperature ( that I could find) in the unit. The only parking is on the street. I had to plan ahead what to bring in. The neighbors in the back, had an Apple tree. There were yucky, dead apples all along the path to the back and the stairs. I was visiting my grandson in the UW district. Was very convenient for that “

„I don’t say this lightly, this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. It was very quiet, private, and the location is great for exploring Seattle. The interior is modern and clean. I felt like I was at home for the entire week. Parking was super easy. There are coffee shops within walking distance. The hosts were excellent communicators. I would 100% stay here again. “

„The place is overall very nice and we had a good stay. The 3rd floor experienced a temporary electricity and Wi-Fi outage, but this was not the owner’s fault and beyond their control. They promptly emailed us with clear guidance to resolve the issue, which we really appreciated. My only suggestion would be for the owner to update the main contact email on Expedia (or other platforms) to the one they actively use, since emails sent to the Expedia address did not get a reply, while the app email ...

„Very cozy spot to return to after hours of exploring. We loved the quiet neighborhood, and the shops nearby. The easy access to interstate 5 was also a plus. Personally I found the bed and linens very soft and comfortable. Even though the top floor was being rented out, the neighbors upstairs were very quiet and we had 0 issues. Also the little patio outside was very lovely. We would return again, especially for the location and the ability to park our rental car.“

„The Perch was the perfect home base for my father and me during a short trip to Seattle. We needed only a couple of beds and a coffee maker because we were going to be out and about most of the weekend. My bed was sooo comfortable!It was great to have parking, though the navigation into/out of the space might be a little tricky for a larger car. The space has everything you need for a small group. „This was a great property for our family. We especially enjoyed the location and back patio. We didn’t have a car and used the light rail system for all of our exploring in the city. Having a market a few blocks away was really nice for our snacking needs!! We ended most nights sitting outside on the back patio enjoying the gorgeous weather. Quiet, friendly neighbors. The only real noise was from the Highway nearby, but it wasn’t too bad.“
