„Bright, tidy, clean, comfortable, well appointed and walkable to attractions. We did not have a car so parking was not an issue. There were signs of homeless and addiction but we were never approached or felt threatened. Lovely Thai restaurant next door for a special dinner. Building was safe. “

If the weather is good, the rooftop space with picnic tables and chairs is a gem, with a great view of the Space Needle. The unit is on the corner of the building on the top floor, so we never heard the neighbors. Our host was exceptionally responsive and has an online guide with great info on the apartment.“

As many past reviews have stated, it is quite loud but we knew this when we booked and came prepared with ear plugs and left the fan on for white noise.
