First time staying in this Hotel and it was great. We were greeted nicely at the reception. Hotelstaff also always greet you friendly. The room was bigger than usual rooms in NYC which is also great. The bathroom was quite spacious. The only downside we had in our room was the view out of the window, but we werent there for the view anyways. We didnt test the Restaurant but the Lobby and its Bar is very cool. The Hotel has a car service to the airport which is also very nice and accomodating. All in all very good. Also we didnt hear the loud street noices except for the sirenes. Its a short walk to the Subway and Times Square. Would total recommend staying here.

Das Hotel ist nicht so schlecht wie einige Leute beurteilen. Die Zimmer sind für NY gross und sauber.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage - man ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten am Timessquare und hat eine Ubahnstation quasi vor der Tür. Zahlreiche Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe. Das Hotel verfügt über geräumige Zimmer. Ein Föhn und Steamer sind vorhanden. Es gibt keinen Kleiderschrank aber ein paar Schubladen, falls man nicht aus dem Koffer leben möchte. Das Personal ist bis auf eine Ausnahme wirklich sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Bei Problemen und wechselndem Personal wurden Vorgänge nicht weitergegeben und zum Teil immer unterschiedliche Aussagen gemacht- es wirkte so als wenn a nicht weiß was n macht. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!

Gutes Hotel für ein paar Tage
Sehr gut und Zentral gelegen. Zimmer sind ringhörig und die Badezimmertür ist nicht komplett geschlossen.( Schiebetür oben und unten offen damit ist es sehr ringhörig wenn man auf Toilette muss in der Nacht . Somit erwacht der Zimmerpartner :-( Nettes Personal , das Frühstückzimmer war im Umbau,daher kein Frühstück.

Dining options weren’t good Although Marco the host at Good nephew was very kind and professional. Food at the Restaurant at the end of the night was disappointing Grilled cheese sandwich wasn’t grilled and the other food orders wasn’t good either. Check in was good We did valet parking and called for the car at 656. At 845 I had to ask as they said it would take 45 minutes to 1 hour to retrieve the car. called after 2 hours and the front desk said they will call . So that was disappointing as im not sure what was missed there. Thank you!

Terrible. I’ll start with check in. Upon arrival I was told that I had already checked into my room, and had been given the keys. Keep in mind I pre paid for this room. I was traveling with family. Come to find out they had given the room to my son. Different name. Didn’t ID him. And secured the deposit with someone else’s credit card. My son had his own reservation. All people with the same last names are not related. Thankful we were! But they didn’t ID him to see it wasn’t me at all. Then later that evening. I was awaken by three phone calls, and a knock on my door by an angry male! (Mind you I’m sleeping alone in this room with young women) so I was taken off guard. He’s literally yelling saying why is the smoke alarm going off downstairs! I said sir you just woke us up! How can I answer that question? He then brings the engineer up to check it, and yet again this same man is yelling, at a woman. And says that’s how he talks. Now being in the hospitality field, that’s totally unacceptable. I speak with the manager Steven and ask him if he can come up to the room to smell or see why the alarm was going off. He gets angry and says NO! I’m getting ready to leave. And said he’s charging me a $150 fee for a smoke fee for the alarm going off. Excuse me!?! Never again. Please women be cautious of traveling or staying in the room alone at this hotel. I don’t know what their intentions were, but I’ll never return! Never! I didn’t feel safe and felt as I was being watched.

The front desk staff was excellent. The rooms were not up to the Marriott standards that I’m used to. (I have been in many NYC Marriott hotels) there was mold in the shower and tub.

The bathroom needs some work. It took like 5 min to get hot water. I was not able to turn the shower head which was pointing towards the wall. The hotel does not provide a shower cap, shower head relatively high for a 5.5 person and I could not turn it. Most of the water covered the bathroom floor.

Best hotel ever.
This was possibly the best stay I’ve ever had. The staff was awesome, they had flexibility for check in and out times for free, the hotel was very nice and modern, location was super accessible to all of the city but on a quieter side street so not much noise. I’d give an 11/10 if I could.

una buena opcion si quieren quedarse cerca de time square, el restaurante que tiene es muy delicioso, las camas muy bien. La habitación muy limpia, moderna y espaciosa (para estar en NY). Lo único malo que apuntaría es que las ventanas no son soundproof asi que podrán escuchar aveces sirenas o carros pasando. Pero como la cama es deliciosa no les molestara tanto.

The cleanliness and reasonable pricing further enhance its appeal. Now, addressing the drawbacks: Unfortunately, the check-in experience was marred by unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Additionally, the open shower concept led to a consistently wet floor, and the barn-style bathroom door, while stylish, frequently came off track, compromising privacy.
