The Golden Arms is an oceanfront complex featuring 87 individual 2-bedroom, 2-bath units with 8 stories and large balconies; all overlooking the pool and ocean. This corner unit gives you the closest proximity and view of the ocean on the 5th floor! The Golden Arms offers spectacular views of New Smyrna's beach and superior amenities. Guests will enjoy the paved, oceanfront pool(heated seasonally), shuffleboard court, and a putting green.

You will love this beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 2 bath condo which offers breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean from almost every room! You can Sea Forever! The excellent location makes it easy for guests to walk to Flagler Avenue for shopping, art galleries, one-of-a-kind dining experiences, and the area's nightlife.

As you walk into this fantastic Golden Arms condo you are greeted by the tastefully decorated décor and views of the ocean that will delight! Sit back, and relax after a fun-filled day on the beach as you take in the views from the living room featuring a sofa sleeper, 75" smart TV, and sliders to the oversized balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is perfectly stocked for those that enjoy preparing meals for the family! Cooking essentials include a crock pot, toaster, serving platters, Keurig, drip coffee maker, kettle, and more! Please note - wine fridge is not available for guest use. Meals with family can be enjoyed with views of the ocean in the dining area with seating for 6 with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen counter.

Wake up every morning as you watch the sunrise over the sparkling Atlantic shore from the spacious, oceanfront master suite. Sliders offer access to the balcony so you can enjoy your morning cup of Joe from the high-top table(seating for 4) overlooking the white sandy beach. The master suite features a TV, a private master bath with a walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head, and separate vanity so you can prepare for a fun night out while your partner showers. Perfectly for those traveling with children, the 2nd bedroom features 1 full-size bunk(2 fulls) and 2 twins. The 2nd full bath is perfect for washing the sand from your toes and offers a 2nd walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head.

Golden Arms offers WiFi, cable TV, tile floors throughout, electric blinds in the living room and master, a hair dryer, a laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer, books, board games, and all linens are supplied. Beach essentials include beach chairs(in the garage) and beach towels. 6 Guest Max.

This unit allows for one assigned parking garage space. Parking is VERY limited at the Golden Arms. Additional parking is on a first come first serve basis and parking passes are required. Trucks and large SUV's will not fit in the garage. Garage measurements 9'2” W x 16' D x 6'4” H. Subtract 6” from all measurements for safety

An oceanfront complex, Golden Arms, has an unbeatable location and is within walking distance of Flagler Avenue and features one-of-a-kind restaurants, surf shops, boutiques, art galleries, and an exceptional, local nightlife scene. Shopping and dining are a must while in New Smyrna Beach and can be found within a short drive or bike ride on 3rd Avenue, Flagler Avenue, and Historic Canal Street.

The Canaveral National Seashore, one of the finest national seashore parks in the country, is only minutes away and offers a 57,000 acres national park nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. It also features one of the longest stretches of pristine beaches in the United States. It's a must-see! JB's fish camp is nearby offering some of the best fresh seafood in town. Kayak rentals and paddleboard tours are also available at JB's. Paddleboard and kayak rentals and tours are also available through several local vendors and will provide those visiting the area with a first-hand look at the local wildlife.

Florida's sunny weather allows for year-round golf. Several golf courses can be found throughout the New Smyrna Beach area. Art galleries can be found throughout town making New Smyrna one of the best small art towns in the country. The Marine Discover Center can be found nearby and has spent over 20 years informing guests about the amazing biodiversity of the Indian River Lagoon. They offer amazing boat and kayak tours as well as some great educational summer camps for kids.

History is rich in New Smyrna Beach with many historic sites as well as the New Smyrna Beach Museum, Sugar Mill Ruins, and the Eldora House at the Canaveral National Seashore. All a must-see for history enthusiasts.
