The condo was very clean with an amazing view from both the living room and master bedroom. It offered everything you need to feel right at home. Sam was very welcoming too! Conveniently located to many restaurants, grocery stores and some attractions. We had a great time at New Smyrna Beach. We even got to see sharks and dolphins from the balcony!

NSB Waterfront oasis

The location is great. When the tide was high, it felt like you were on a cruise ship the water was so close. Beautiful sunrises and the sky was beautiful at sun set.Sam the manager of the complex was super nice and always looking out for the guests. He was very accommodating. We had a great time.

Great condo with everything you need!

We loved this place. It had everything we needed....beach chairs, skim board, and plenty of room. Our favorite part was listening to the waves every night from the condo. The check-in process seems odd though. I'm not sure why we had to go to a separate location to get the door code and then drop off the that info at the same location before we left. All of this could've been done in an email. With that said, the staff was very nice at the check in as was the manager of the condo complex.

Great stay!

Our family of 4 enjoyed this beachfront condo. This property was so well stocked with anything we might have needed (ex. cookware and dishes) during our stay. The condo was CLEAN, and the showers had good water pressure!! The view from the master bedroom and living room is stunning! It was a bit of a walk to the stairs to the beach, but we practically had the beach to ourselves!

Be one with the ocean

It was very nice to open the door and hear and sea the ocean. The stairs to go to the beach were washed out so we had to walk a ways to get down to the beach, which was a bummer to do with all your stuff but totally understandable after the hurricane. Wished the sliding glass doors were cleaned as the view is everything.

Great views but

AC was extremely hot! Said it was 75* which is cooler then I keep mine at home so it was more like 80 to 82*! Thank god it was cool outside so I could open doors at night while we slept! Bed in guest rooms are less then desirable! Pretty much like sleeping on a crappy pullout bed. Other then that it was all good.

Beautiful location!

Wonderful stay at this property - location is fantastic and views are breathtaking! Very clean and comfortable. Only issues were: 1) woken up very early on second day as smoke alarm batteries needed replaced (found batteries in closet and replaced) and 2) toaster did not work. Would recommend this property and will definitely look to stay again!

WONDERFUL stay on New Smyrna Beach!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family of 5. Located on the third floor of a very nice complex, right on the beach with a huge balcony offering amazing views of the ocean. The pool was clean and very well kept; the beach was enormous and there was hardly any people there during our Easter/spring break week. The condo was recently renovated and very clean, furniture and beds very comfortable, beach towels and chairs and boogie boards and sand toys/shovels.... everything we needed! We only stayed for 5 nights as we went to Orlando for the second half of the week and I did not want to leave this setup. Great restaurants nearby with easy parking and just 1 hour from Orlando and the Kennedy Space Center. Loved it all we will be back to NSB for sure!

The view is amazing!

This condo is the perfect place to stay at New Smyrna Beach. It was spotlessly clean, which is always a plus. It is roomy and equipped with everything you might need. The furniture and the bed were comfortable. The view of the sea is breathtaking. I took photos of the sunrise from the bed!! I highly recommend this condo!

PERFECT!!!

Everything about this condo was absolutely great! The check-in process was as easy as it could possibly be and the folks behind the desk were extremely friendly. The view from the patio was of course AMAZING. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need for cooking a complete meal and the furniture was in great shape with no evidence of wear and tear. The beds were soooo comfortable and provided some of the best sleep we've had in months. The countertops, walls, floors.....everything was clean. A couple of the beach chairs were broken, the toaster didn't work and there were no washcloths to be found but everyone of these minor inconveniences were handled IMMEDIATELY and without hesitation! Even our friend asked if this was a 5-star rental because they had never seen such fantastic service. We definitely plan on being back as we've never had such an amazing rental experience, which made the entire trip even that much more enjoyable.

My wife and I absolutely loved this property. We enjoyed the very short walk to the beach and the beautiful oceanfront view. The kitchen was very modern and we loved using it to make lunches. The only issue we had was we could not figure out how to turn on the shower the first day, but luckily the property manager was very helpful in walking us through the process quite promptly. Would definitely recommend this to someone else and we can not wait to have another trip to New Smyrna Beach!

Wonderful Unit!

Our stay was great! Terrific condo with comfy beds, a great fully stocked kitchen with every pot or pan or utensil you needed. Towels, sheets, blankets were all top quality and furniture was lovely. Washer/dryer worked great. New appliances worked great. Small condo community and pool is literally steps from the best beach I’ve ever been to. Condo manager, Sam, was super friendly and helpful. I’d return here for sure! Couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you!
