The following information applies to all reservations at ELEVEN48 by New Orleans Luxury Collection and is important to review before booking.



⭑GUEST REGISTRATION⭑

✔ After booking, every reservation requires completion of our electronic Rental Agreement along with verification using a valid government-issued photo ID.

✔ Once completed, your check-in instructions will be emailed approximately 3 days prior to your arrival.



⭑Minimum Age & Booking Requirements⭑

✔ The primary renter must be at least 21 years of age.

✔ We do not accept reservations from guests who reside within a 50-mile radius of the property. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis with a paid security deposit and our prior written approval. Please contact us before booking if you believe you may qualify for an exception.



⭑Security & Monitoring⭑

Your privacy and safety are important to us. To help provide a safe, secure, and comfortable stay for all guests, we have the following security and monitoring measures in place:

✔ Security cameras are installed only on the exterior of the hotel and in common areas, including entrances, stairwells, elevators, and public hallways. There are absolutely no cameras inside any suite.

✔ Each suite is equipped with environmental monitoring sensors that monitor temperature, humidity, noise (decibel levels), vapor, and THC in accordance with local permit requirements.

✔ These monitoring devices do not record audio or conversations. They simply measure environmental conditions and noise levels to help ensure compliance with city regulations while maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for all guests.
