The good: absolutely beautiful view, good location, it is as listed. We enjoyed our stay overall.The bad: there were TWO (false) fire alarms that caused evacuations in the middle of the night, one at 4am and one at 2am on check out day. This caused the elevator to be down twice... while on the 7th floor, including during the ridiculously early 9am check out. When I called the contact number, I was hung-up on first, and on a second call, was told "tough luck" in so many words: "we have nothing to do with the rest of the resort". They said they'd only call the office when it opened. I asked for the number to the resort office, and they would not give it to me. Eventually, I found it posted around the resort, and the on-call person for the resort who took the call (before the office opened nearly two hours later) was very helpful, but they were unable to fix the elevator before we had to leave. Other issues: terrible communication on what is expected for parking. Multiple times, I got an email telling me to fill out a form to register my vehicle and have the paper work printed and displayed in my car. What paperwork? No one could tell me in the first several emails I sent. Finally, I was told the confirmation email... but this (printing and displaying it) isn't actually required according to the resort. Oh, and the less than 24 hours notice before an exterminator was going to come into the condo wasn't appreciated. Overall: great condo with subpar customer service.
