From the moment you arrive, you’ll be surrounded by high-end finishes, top-tier appliances, and designer furnishings meticulously selected to elevate your experience. Every inch of Sky High has been crafted to deliver an unforgettable coastal escape.
Positioned directly across the street from the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf, Sky High is the tallest residence on the island, offering unmatched panoramic views and instant access to paradise.
The first floor is an entertainer’s dream, complete with a spacious game room featuring a shuffleboard table, a 70” TV, and a wet bar equipped with a full fridge and wine cooler. This level also includes two built-in bunk beds, a private king bedroom, and a queen bedroom—each with a flat-screen TV and private en suite bath.
On the second floor, you'll find two more king bedrooms, a queen bedroom, and a room with two sets of twin bunk beds—again, each with private en suite baths, TVs, and shared balcony access. A full laundry room with two washers and dryers ensures everyone has what they need.
Head to the third floor for a stunning open-concept living space with plush seating, a 70” flat-screen TV, and a full balcony that stretches across the Gulf and Sound. The chef’s kitchen is a showstopper—featuring custom cabinetry, gleaming quartz countertops, and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. Another luxurious king bedroom with en suite bath is located here as well.
Step outside and discover your ultimate coastal retreat. The deluxe outdoor kitchen is complete with a 4-burner gas grill, sink, ice maker, and mini-fridge. Whether you’re sipping cocktails in the breeze or watching the sunset, the four separate decks provide front-row seats to paradise.
Climb the spiral staircase to the fourth-floor sun deck for jaw-dropping 360-degree views that stretch all the way to Pensacola. It’s the perfect spot to greet the sunrise with a hot coffee or toast the sunset with a nightcap.
The backyard oasis features a private 15’ x 30’ pool that can be heated for an additional fee ($175/day), plush lounge furniture, al fresco dining space, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after beach time.
Parking is easy with space for six cars in the driveway and additional overflow nearby. Please note that smoking is not permitted in the home or on any of the decks, and events are not allowed. The minimum age to rent is 25.
Sky High includes a private elevator servicing all four floors. A refundable $450 elevator deposit is required and will be returned upon departure, provided no damage occurs.
Small dogs under 30 lbs are welcome with prior approval and a pet fee of $200 per dog (maximum of 2 dogs).
