„This is a lovely cottage and the location is great. We had a fantastic stay in Windermere. However, be aware that the street parking is only for an hour and so a paid carpark is needed, not free parking as advertised. I messaged Sykes Cottages about this issue twice and received no response so communication was unfortunately a problem. The cottage was also in the process of being cleaned when we arrived, despite this being after the check-in time.“

„Wir waren 2 Wochen auf der abgelegenen Farm und haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. Man hört natürlich gelegentlich die Schafe. Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz und ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Garten ist wunderschön. Bis nach Keswick fährt man ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Matthew, der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich. We spent 2 weeks on the outlying farm and really enjoyed the peace and quiet. Of course you can hear the sheep occasionally. The house offers plenty of space and is lovingly furnished. ...
