„I booked this last minute and so glad I came across it. Booked King but got free upgrade to large King. Everything excellent, very comfortable, quiet, clean, plenty of extras in room including bottled milk in fridge, two bottles water, cotton wool and buds as well as the usual shower gel, shampoo, conditior soap, and an extra nice touch wine glasses in room. Host very friendly and informative, folder provided with lots of information on local area. Mini bar with honesty box available in lounge. ...

„Schönes und zentral gelegenes Hotel in englischem Stil. Der Spa Bereich war super sauber und bot abwechslungsreiche arrangements. Wir hatten ein Balkon Zimmer. Nicht so schön war der Balkon/Terrasse, welche hätte einladender gestaltet werden können und staubwischen auf den Lampen ist empfehlenswert. “

„Had a good time there. The reception team was nice, however the concierge was very reserved and had its "favourite" guests. Not a good approach for a concierge and left a bad after taste. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. You even have to pay for special coffee drinks wich as cappuccino... Also not okay for a hotel in this pirce category. Rooms were modern and nice.“

„On arriving at the hotel we were asked to pay £10 a day parking fees, yet there was no mention of this when we booked. The hotel was very nice with well maintained gardens & our bedroom was very comfortable. The bedroom was on the ground floor so easily accessible but the only fault we had was that it had sliding doors so we had fresh air during the day but there was no small window to open at night time. „Wunderbar romantisches Zimmer mit Blick auf den hauseigenen Garten. Sekt als Welcome Drink, inkludierter Cream Tea im Garten. Beides großartig. Frühstück ebenfalls sehr gut. Auf das Personal muss man tw. länger warten (Bar, Rezeption) und die Freundlichkeit könnte einen Tick größer sein. Ansonsten ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt!“

„Really enjoyed this weekend away. We had a family room which had 2 singles and a double, it was a very large room with gorgeous high ceiling and window overlooking the road quiet location. The staff were all lovely and very welcoming. Enjoyed having access to the pool which the kids loved. Sauna, steam room and jacuzzi all hot which is sometimes missing in some venues. Breakfast was buffet and no complaints. I would say my only gripe was the kids menu in the restaurants, its £15 for 2 ...
