„We decided to stay from December 30 to January 3, and it was an amazing experience. Twice we visited the gym, and we took full advantage of the sauna. We had access to ice skating, but we sat by the fireplace and watched the young people skate. New Year's Eve was a pure delight from in-room dining to the four different restaurants with distinct cuisines. The view of the fireworks was accessible from all four dinning experiences, but The Bygone was the best location. Next year spend your holidays ...

„Simply outstanding! From arrival to departure, everything was 5 stars. This was our second time staying at this wonderful hotel. Staff greeted us with a friendly smile and a warm “welcome back.” The room (#16) was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. Additionally, the included amenities throughout the hotel and in our room were top shelf/first class…no one does it better! We shall definitely return. Highly recommended. “

„Das Hotel liegt im Übergang vom Rotlichtbezirk zum Hafen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und groß.“

„Hotel ist direkt am Hafen mit geräumigen Zimmern und relativ nahe am Stadtzentrum, es ist fußläufig erreichbar. Der Parkplatz ist etwas kompliziert zu erreichen und auch relativ teuer. Frühstück ist ok aber nichts besonderes, am Abend gibt es gratis Wein, haben wir aber nicht ausprobiert. Auf alle Fälle zu empfehlen, netter Blick auf den Hafen, halbwegs gut gelegen.“

„Das gesamte Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insbesondere der junge Mann vom Parkservice hat mir sehr gut geholfen. Das Frühstück war guter Standart. Das Zimmer war ordentlich und sauber gereinigt. Der Fitnessraum war gut ausgestattet. Hier müsste nur der Multifunktionsturm umgestellt werden, damit man beim Klimmzug nach oben mit dem Kopf nicht an der Decke anstößt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war auf jeden Fall in Ordnung. “
