„Sehr guter Standort“

„Tolles Hotel!

„Good value for money. The location is great, next to Kleiner Tiergarten and close to an underground, tram and bus lines. The hotel is old and poorly maintained; the carpets are in terrible condition, and the shower screen was unhinged. Staff were borderline rude; I tried to check in and I stood in front of them for about 90 seconds and instead of saying 'hello, please give us a minute, we'll be with you shortly', they just ignored me.“
