Once inside, you will find our condo is updated, well-stocked, extremely clean, and offers the comfortable accommodations that you were anticipating, along with the excellent guest experience you expect!
Maravilla #3404, is a GORGEOUS 2 BR/2BA Condo that comfortably sleeps six (6). The master bedroom offers a luxurious king-size bed, the 2nd bedroom presents a comfortable queen bed and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. One of the first things you will notice is the 27’ balcony that runs the entire width of the unit with access from the living area and master bedroom. From the balcony, you will enjoy a dazzling side view of the Gulf of Mexico and listen to the soothing crash of the waves on the shore. This will become your favorite “room” where you can enjoy your morning coffee and paper or a good book, take a midday rest on the chaise lounge, or enjoy an evening beverage while taking in a romantic sunset and share a meal with your family and friends. You are just a few, short steps to Maravilla’s private beach nestled on 2.5 acres of pristine, sugar-white sand and the breathtaking blue-green water of the Gulf.
As your hosts, we are happy to provide guidance on comforts and conveniences such as ordering your groceries in advance of your stay and having them delivered to the condo after your arrival. Wal-mart is who we usually use for the basics, Whole Foods has some great meal options and specialty items and offer delivery through your Amazon Prime membership. There are also concierge services where you have personal shoppers who will do the shopping for you and deliver to your door. We will have a selection of menus from local restaurants. Maravilla Resort also provides charcoal grills located throughout the property for guests to use. Maravilla Resort is one of the most highly sought-after family-friendly and dog-friendly vacation destinations along the Emerald Coast. Maravilla is a gated community that has been referred to as a “hidden gem” by guests and is conveniently located between Scenic Gulf Highway and US 98W on the easternmost edge of Destin in Miramar Beach. Our favorite Captain is Tim Baxter with “Double Down.”
The Destin Commons is also a popular shopping area with incredible eateries, over 75 shops, and fun for the whole family. There's also an AMC Movie Theater! Other notable attractions include Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park, The Track - Destin, and Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park. You'll find something for everyone in Miramar Beach!
