„We loved this unit! It was only a 2 minute walk to the beach with access directly across the street. We loved having a pool just steps away from the back porch. The unit came with a beach wagon and chairs, which was so nice. We were able to request bikes and they were dropped off and picked up simply through your phone. I loved the location because we could bike to multiple restaurants, gas station, snowcones, etc. Loved bringing our pup too! We would have liked to know that dogs are not allowed ...

„This property was very well photographed, and very misleading. Bathrooms are nicely updated but it really stops there. Outside is run down, chipped paint, dirty front door with paint splattered on it. The stairs leading to the unit are filled with rusty nails and banister is nothing but chipped paint. The place does not look like a it’s been cleaned in the outside in years. There was old beach equipment laying around and a bench that was rusted and falling apart. Horrible parking for this unit. ...

„Great location, right on the beach! Property was very clean and well kept. It was especially nice that the owner provides beach towels, chairs, umbrella, etc so if you are flying in, you do not have to worry about any of those things. Plenty of other extras in this condo made our stay so convenient such as trash bags and detergent, we didn't have to go out and buy all of those things. „Wunderbare Ferienwohnung mit 2 Badezimmern und 2 Schlafzimmern. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Eine Balkontür sollte repariert werden, da diese kaum zu öffnen ist. Da wir zwei Balkone hatten, war das aber kein Problem. Auch die kostenlose Park Karte für den Strand fanden wir wunderbar. Die Anlage ist riesig und man kann viel entdecken.“

„Some friends and I stayed here for 3 nights in beautiful 30A. Somehow the area exceeds the expectations you’ve already heard about 30A. The house itself was clean, everything worked, and the host was very responsive. The back deck was a perfect way to unwind after a beach day and the golf cart was SO fun to ride around in all the backroads of 30A there are to discover. Would absolutely book this place again.“

„The house was well equipped and clean. Communication with the property manager was quick and helpful. We had a great view of the beach because the lot in front of hasn’t built a house yet. A short and easy walk to the beach, even carrying a light weight backpack beach chair and beach bag. The beach isn’t overly crowded. The pool is small but very enjoyable to relax in. Would be perfect for little kids to play in. Short drive to surrounding restaurants.“

„We have been coming to Seagrove Beach for 35 years. This will be our last visit.The house was very nice; however, the beach was a fifteen minute walk—one-half mile—away. There were only about 10 parking spots for ALL of the vehicles in the area. We actually got a $100 parking ticket for double parking our golf cart because two tires were on the edge of the sidewalk, so BE WARNED.
