Please use caution when booking with this Vrbo. Super strange interaction. We booked in April and needed to change our dates less than a week after booking. Unfortunately this home didn’t have those dates so we needed to cancel our stay. Well within the cancellation policy. The owner refused to cancel our reservation and stopped responding to us. We called Vrbo customer service who reviewed everything and advised us to do a charge back with our bank and sent documentation for us to give our bank. We did get our payment back from our bank thank goodness. The stay was never canceled on the owners end and today I get a notification to review the stay. Please use caution when booking with this Vrbo because I don’t believe the owner is very active or does not care about his bookings.
