Mas Colada's ist das perfekte kleine Strandhaus !!!!

Schönes Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern in einer geschlossenen Straße mit einem Privatstrand. Blick auf den Golf und einen Whirlpool auf dem Deck. Direkt neben dem Outlet-Center und dem Sandestin Resort gelegen. Der Hof ist riesig. Toller Hof fĂŒr einen Hochzeitsempfang. Zu den UnterkĂŒnften gehören eine WaschkĂŒche, eine KĂŒche, ein Familienzimmer und eine fantastische Mastersuite. Dieses Haus befindet sich am Ende der Straße in einer geschlossenen Straße. Es gibt absolut keinen Verkehr. Der einzige, der vorbeifĂ€hrt, bist du !! Die oberste Etage ist ein luxuriöses 1 Schlafzimmer sehr gerĂ€umiges Setup. Die untere Ebene muss ĂŒber Außentreppen erreicht werden. Die untere Ebene verfĂŒgt ĂŒber 2 zusĂ€tzliche Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer, eine KĂŒchenzeile und einen Familien- / Essbereich.

Family Fun

Our first family beach trip. We had blast the house was clean easy access to the beach. Only thing was to get to the upstairs you had to go outside to go up, we made it work. The neighbor was safe and clean. Would stay here again

Nice place to stay

Upset there was no hot tub but over all was a real nice place. Plenty of room for everyone. Romero ( maintenance guy) would see us and come check if we needed anything and recommended a gator restaurant. Kids loved. Thank you

Very convenient and nice place to stay. Only recommendation is to get a better couch in the living room of the main house. Everything else was awesome. Definitely would recommend.

Wonderful Little Place

We loved our stay at Mas Coladas! Our experience with the cleaning and maintenance staff was awesome. It's very private for being in a densely populated area. We loved having the big yard for the kids to throw football and play in. The beach was fantastic. A couple of things to note: The is NO hot tub or pool. It can be confusing because the listing shows a hottub in pictures and your contract will mention both a pool and a hottub. The home is set up almost like a duplex with a downstairs unit and an upstairs unit. Note that the upstairs (main) part only has a king bed and twin bunks so if you have more than 2 kids keep in mind they will have to sleep in an area that is separate from you with its own entryway. The upstairs could use a bigger sofa. a small sectional would be perfect. There isn't much room to sit around as a group during meals unless you eat outside. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would for sure book this property again.

Perfect Family Beach Getaway!

This location was perfect for our family! Had more than enough beds and space to relax while not on the beach! The covered porch area was a bonus for morning coffee and late evenings to enjoy the outdoors out of the sun!

Great location. Steps from the beach. Private road access.

Great for families with children that worry about traffic. This property sits on a gated private dead-end street at the very end so you see no traffic during your stay. Easy access to private beach area that was never overcrowded. Look forward to visiting again in the future.

Property is very nice and beautiful but appears to have not been thoroughly cleaned for sometime. The yard was littered. While not the owners fault, be advised that the neighborhood can turn into party central at anytime.

Beautiful white sands

Nice area, small but spacious rooms. One bed was in need of a new mattress. Construction all around so if u r a late sleeper not for you. Overall very nice place and location. Beach was not crowded.

Unfairly evicted first morning

I had an unexpected emergency and so I sent my son and his friends who are all over 20 2122 to check into the house Friday night and my mom who is 68 was coming the next day. The owner showed up Saturday morning evicted us and would not answer my phone calls. He then emailed me and said it didn’t matter if my mom was there or not he didn’t allow chaperoned guests or kids on spring break. I think this is a scam to get people to rent. The house sleeps 13 but no chaperoned guests? And spring break runs from March to April so why do you even rent those times if you don’t want people on Spring Break. We should have gotten a refund but was refused even after learning my families emergency.

We were not welcome here. It would’ve been better suited for families with young children or people who go to bed early. It seems like it was the perfect place for us but turns out it wasn’t. Also - They need to take the advertisement of hot tub off the website because it does not exist and it doesn’t seem like events are welcome /they want everything closed down in quiet at 10 PM

can't beat the beach.

property could use a detail clean but was not bad. No hot tub would have been nice to know before coming to property(and or booking). But as a vacation rental it was overall nice and what you would want/expect thank you

Wish the hot tub was still there we knew about this before arrival. Wish there was a crock pot like owner said :( but we made it work. We knew about the kitchenette but I wish there was a hot plate to make cooking downstairs doable. Bed was broke when we came in Romeo was very quick to get there and get us fixed up. This was the best vacation we’ve had will be back

Perfect location

The location of this house is perfect. Short 1 minute walk from the driveway to the beach. The beds were very comfortable, the ice maker made ice all week which was a big plus. It was also very nice to have 2 refrigerators in the house. It was nice to sit out on the balcony every morning and see the ocean while drinking our coffee. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was located on a great street with an easy walk to the beach. The house was clean and in good condition. It is the perfect set up for multiple families to have their own privacy yet still social together. The owners are extremely nice and respond within minutes. Thanks for a great vacation!!

Great for family vacations

Our stay was awesome, we had to book last minute due to a cancellation for hurricane damage at another condo and the manager got us taken care of very quickly. Sent us all the information we needed for our stay and access to the rental. Loved that the beach access is at the end of the driveway. There was plenty of beach chairs and boogie boards under the stairs for others to use. You can see the beach from the balcony but it’s very limited view but still very nice. Plenty of room for family and friends. The set up was a little different, almost like you have two rentals. One upstairs and one downstairs but it worked out just fine with our group. The property was clean and had no issues. Was nervous with the previous reviews on the a/c but took the chance, upstairs was pretty warm when we arrived but the unit did cool off to a comfortable temp and remained the rest of our stay.
