As a one-bedroom, two-bathroom condo, Majestic Sun 807B can accommodate up to six vacationers. This cozy rental is perfect for a romantic getaway, a fun weekend with a close-knit group of friends, or a small family vacation.

Upon entering this one-bedroom flat, you will notice the contemporary beach style and nautical accents that immediately plunge you and your guests into vacation mode. The open living area features a comfortable seating ensemble comprised of a couch that doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa and two leather armchairs. These face a wall-mounted TV for entertainment, and sit beside a sliding glass door that leads to a breezy balcony. Spend some time out here enjoying the fresh air and relaxing to the sound of the rolling waves. Head back inside to find a hardwood dining table that includes seating for four. The kitchen includes a granite-topped bar with three stools, stainless-steel appliances, and the space you need to serve up a classic beach meal.

The bedroom boasts a king-size bed, vaulted ceiling, and private bath. Additional sleeping arrangements may be found in the form of a twin bunkbed in the hallway nook.

When you stay at the Majestic Sun, you will get to take advantage of the great amenities offered, which include immediate beach access, an on-site fitness center, and a large pool. The pool flows indoors to outdoors, and it has a stunning view of the Gulf. There is also a large deck that is ideal for lounging and suntanning, as well as a pair of bubbling hot tubs.

The resort is conveniently located in Miramar Beach and is a part of Destin’s Seascape Resort. Ocean Reef Resorts guests benefit from discounted rates for championship golf and professional tennis that are right next door. This great location also ensures guests have access to all the coastal fun that is available between Destin and 30A. Beach bars, seafood restaurants, chic beach boutiques, seasonal festivals and events, and outdoor concerts can be found nearby any day of the week!

All One Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Master Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo, Twin Bunk Nook, Hall Bath with Walk-In Shower and Laundry.

*Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

*Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Majestic Sun is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
