Majestic Sun 310B is located in the prime location of Destin’s Miramar Beach. Aside from being near the beach and a variety of coastal activities, this comfortable condo unit provides everything you need to feel at home on vacation. It has two bedrooms, two baths, and an open floorplan with a living room, dining area, and kitchen. The condo can accommodate up to eight beach vacationers.

The first thing you’ll notice upon entering your temporary beach home is the wall of sliding glass doors that overlook the glistening Gulf and open onto a furnished beachfront balcony. From here, you can listen to the rolling waves, catch a gorgeous sunset, and simply relax while you enjoy the incredible beachscape. When not hanging out on the balcony, you can recharge in the cozy living area. The living room includes a dove gray couch and three armchairs. The seating ensemble faces a white credenza and wall-mounted TV for viewing pleasure. Between the living room and kitchen sits a casual dining area with a round table and seating for four. The nearby kitchen bar offers additional stool seating. Custom cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances, and ample counter space complete the kitchen.

The condo’s primary suite features a king-size bed, hardwood dresser and side tables, a wall-mounted TV, and sunny window. A pretty blue rug and a light-blue accent wall create a distinctly relaxed tropical ambiance. The primary bedroom also has an en-suite bath with dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and beach décor. The guest bedroom offers sleeping accommodations for four, as it includes two full beds, a flatscreen TV, and access to a full hall bath.

In addition to comfortable living and sleeping quarters, a stay at the Majestic Sun ensures guests have access to all the best resort amenities. With 2,000 feet of sugary shoreline, guests can enjoy spending a day on the beach splashing in the waves, lounging under the sun, building sandcastles, and more. When you’re not busy getting your saltwater fix, you can check out the resort’s multiple swimming pools, hot tubs, and pool patios. If you have an exercise routine to maintain on vacation, there is an on-site fitness center just for you. Ocean Reef Resorts guests also receive discounted rates for golf, tennis, and other recreation activities at the nearby Seascape Resort.

Finally, the condo’s Miramar Beach location places guests conveniently near discount and designer shopping, popular restaurants and bars, creative art galleries, wine outlets, outdoor festivals and live concerts, and fun coastal venues like the Village of Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard.

*Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

**Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Majestic Sun is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
