Enjoy the view of the neighborhood lake just out your wall-to-wall windowed doors in the main living space of this open concept townhouse. The décor, inspired by ocean blues and beachy sand, invites you to kick back and relax to take in a show in the flat screen TV or just to visit and enjoy company.
Adjacent to the living area seating is the dining area, which seats up to eight; thereâs additional seating outside on the newly paved patio, and the spacious fully equipped kitchen has an additional counter bar, great for entertaining and serving quick bites!
On the first floor, you will conveniently find two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first guest room has a queen bed with en suite bath and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds with access to the hall bath. The twin bedroom also has access to an exterior courtyard area.
Upstairs youâll find the master bedroom, which has a king bed and en suite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in tiled shower. Across the hall is the third guest room, with queen bed & full bathroom with walk-in shower. Also located on the 2nd floor is a bonus room with TV and sofa. Thereâs plenty of space to spread out in this stunning townhome!
