Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home and outdoor spaces during their stay, including the private pool, backyard, all four bedrooms, four bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, grand piano, and on-site parking for up to four vehicles.



The home features convenient self check-in with a lock box, allowing you to arrive at your own pace. Whether you're relaxing by the pool, preparing meals in the chef's kitchen, or enjoying the spacious indoor living areas, the entire property is yours to enjoy.



Please note that any locked owner storage closets or maintenance areas are not accessible to guests.

Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the area, making it easy to explore Miami without the hassle of parking.



Other Things to Note:

To help ensure a great stay for you and our neighbors, please review the following house rules before booking:



• Only registered guests are permitted on the property. No unregistered visitors without prior approval.



• No parties, events, gatherings, or commercial activities (including photo or video shoots) allowed.



• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM in accordance with local ordinances. This is a quiet residential neighborhood, and we kindly ask that you respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially outdoors.



• No smoking or vaping inside the home. Evidence of smoking indoors will result in an additional cleaning fee.



• The pool is available for your enjoyment; however, there is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk, and children must be supervised by an adult at all times. (Pool is closed from 10pm - 6am)



• Please do not move indoor furniture outdoors or rearrange large furniture without permission.



• No glitter, confetti, or similar decorations are permitted, as they are difficult to remove and may result in additional cleaning fees.



• Pets are only allowed with prior approval. Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees. ($100 Pet Fee)



• Please lock all doors and windows whenever you leave the property and treat the home as you would your own.



• Check-in and check-out times must be observed unless otherwise approved in advance.
