No smoking of any kind inside the house. If there is an indication of smoking found, an additional $200 per night will be billed on top of damages.

Do not keep the backdoor or windows open for long periods of time

Please do not set the thermostat any colder than 68 degrees Fahrenheit

TRASH PICK-UP DAYS
Tuesdays and Fridays early morning
Place the trash bins at the end of the driveway the night before. Green is for waste and blue is for recycling only.

If you leave excessive trash that can not fit inside the waste bin an additional $60 will be billed.

Do not park on the grass

No glass bottles in the jacuzzi. Please do not leave any foreign items inside the jacuzzi. Also please leave the cover over the jacuzzi and turn it to 80 degrees Fahrenheit when done and before checkout to avoid a $150 fee.
YOU MUST LET THE JACUZZI WARM UP BEFORE TURNING ON THE MOTORS. IT MAY TAKE A FEW HOURS DEPENDING ON THE OUTSIDE TEMPERATURE.
We do not charge extra for the usage of the Jacuzzi. We want to maintain the equipment in working order with the rules we set. VERY IMPORTANT TO LET THE JACUZZI WARM UP BEFORE USE. It takes a few hours to reach desired hot temperature. So please set the temperature in advance to let the jacuzzi warm-up

The grill must be cleaned (THROUGHLY and SANITIZED) after use or a $50 cleaning fee will be billed. The gas is supplied as available. If tanks are found empty it is the responsibility of the guest to fill the tank for their use. (Nearby home depo refills the tank)
PLEASE CLOSE THE GAS TANK VALVE AFTER USE TO CONSERVE THE TANK AND THE SAFETY OF THE GUEST



The property has 4 outdoor cameras for liability purposes:
1) Camera one is in the front facing covering the driveway.
2) Camera two one is also located at the front of the property focused on the front door.
3) Camera three is located in the backyard viewing the sitting area.
4) Camera four last one in the backyard as well facing the fruit trees.



DO NOT TAKE ANY ITEMS OR AMENITIES FROM THE PROPERTY. guests will be billed for items they take. (Toothbrush and toothpaste that are opened during your stay are yours to take)

Guests are responsible for logging out of personal accounts from the tv or computer

Check-out after 11 am will be billed $100 until 1 pm. After 1 pm guest will be billed for the current reservation price of that day (plus the 100 from 11 am-1 pm) due to delaying the next guest from checking in at 4 pm. The minimum late checkout fee for the night after 1 pm is $300. Guest will not be permitted to stay the night even after paying the late checkout fee.
