„Hotel Review I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff, especially at the reception, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The rooms were spacious, which added to the comfort of our stay. Another highlight was the large and varied breakfast selection, which exceeded our expectations. On the downside, the hotel is a bit outdated, particularly the spa area, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, having a car is essential as the location is not very ...

„Everything was perfect, hotel exceeded expectations. Staff was the best, thanks a lot Dimi for help. Recommend.“

„The receptionist was very kind and accommodating. We had a small incident, and after sharing with her, she went beyond our expectations to make our stay comfortable. I can’t say enough how caring she was. The rental of golf equipment was a bit pricey, and I would have expected to have a bit better price for guest of the hotel, but that wasn’t the case. Of course, for longer stay, it is worth getting your own equipment. However, for us, it was unexpected decision to visit, so no gold equipment ...

„Un accueil chaleureux et professionnel.“

„We, 3 pers.and a dog, stayed for 4 nights in 2 different roomsin Rahoff.Very friendly, warm and helpful hotel owners. Very clean hotel. Spacious rooms. Sauna & Yacouzi were well working, ideal for 2pers. Extensive, good breakfast with home made Bulgarian specialities and differences in the daily offer. Diner also with typical Bulgarian recipes. Little minus: From the hotel to the Gondola (ski/snowboard)) takes at least 7min. The last day of our stay, the ventilator in the bathroom was blocked. ...

„Super Aufenthalt gehabt, Zimmer war wunderschön mit tollem Blick. Personal war sehr freundlich“

„Sehr nettes Personal. Abgenutzte, altmodische Einrichtung. Restaurant im Keller, ohne Tageslicht, das Essen schlecht. Kleiner, netter Spabereich.“

„Zimer, personal und das esen war gut“

„It was nice , but needs some upgrades in the rooms, the curtains and the furniture is OLD, and the bed was not the most comfortable. We still had good time.“

„Arrived at the hotel but the man could not locate our reservation albeit we had only booked a few minutes before. He suggested we were at the wrong hotel but then showed us to the room. He wasn’t very friendly! We left the hotel at 8:45am but the reception was closed and nobody around. We called a phone number twice that was on the door but nobody answered so we had to leave the key on a hook on the door!!“

„First I would like to say that the Hotel personal and service were great! Very polite, forthcoming and helpful! I would consider staying in this hotel only because of the great service. Unfortunately the photos look much much better than the reality. We were a group of 5 and rented an apartment with living room/ Kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartment was supposedly renovated. When we got there the whole room smelled like smoke and cigarettes. Other than that the room was ...

„Für ein bulgarisches Hotel wirklich super freundliches Personal (sind ja aber auch viele aus Griechenland). Shuttle Bus zum Lift. Sehr schönes Zimmer durch Upgrade, vielen Dank!“
