Not a 3,5 Star Hotel
First I would like to say that the Hotel personal and service were great! Very polite, forthcoming and helpful!
I would consider staying in this hotel only because of the great service.
Unfortunately the photos look much much better than the reality. We were a group of 5 and rented an apartment with living room/ Kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The apartment was supposedly renovated. When we got there the whole room smelled like smoke and cigarettes. Other than that the room was clean and was cleaned every morning during our stay. As we could not change rooms due to the fact that the Hotel was fully booked we had to stay in the room. The bed in the bedroom was very uncomfortable and was probably at least 20 years old. I could feel the spring in the mattress in my ribs and back. The couch in the living room was almost as hard as the floor. The bathrooms were tiny and very impractical. There is no wardrobe in the hallway even though it's a Ski Hotel and it can be expected that guests would need to hang their ski clothes.
The Spa is actually quite nice, however very small and if the Hotel is full there are far too many people and children there. It is very loud so we stoped using it as there was no possibility to relax.
The massage is recommendable!
The saunas didn't work properly as well.
The breakfast was nice and the restaurant is also cozy. If you go for dinner I would recommend a la card.
Overall I don't think I would chose this Hotel again.
