Diese wunderschöne Villa wurde im Jahr 2017 erbaut und ist damit eines der neuesten und modernsten Häuser auf den Florida Keys. Es gibt zahlreiche Qualitäten, die diese Villa zu einem idealen Ort für Ihre Reisen machen, wie zum Beispiel: Lage, Ausstattung, Komfort und Stil.

Marathon, Florida, liegt inmitten der Schönheit und der Action, die die Florida Keys zu bieten haben. Viele beliebte Sehenswürdigkeiten sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt! Es gibt viele preisgekrönte und hoch bewertete Restaurants auf Tripadvisor, die zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto zu erreichen sind. Sombrero Beach ist ein öffentlicher Strand mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen, Grillmöglichkeiten im Freien, einem Kajak-Startbereich, Beachvolleyball, einem Kinderspielbereich und öffentlichen Toiletten. Unser großes 40-Fuß-Dock bietet unseren Gästen die Möglichkeit, ihre Boote, Jetskis und Waverunners mitzubringen oder sie vor Ort zu mieten und sie bequem von zu Hause aus zu erreichen. Das Dock enthält Waschmittel wie einen Schlauch und eine Steckdose. Und ein schöner sonniger Tag lässt sich besser genießen als mit einem Sprung in den Pool. Unser Pool bietet eine Zwei-Personen-Bank mit Wasserstrahl und LED-Licht, um die perfekte Nachtatmosphäre zu schaffen. Und jetzt können Sie den Pool während der Wintersaison mit unserem neu installierten Poolwarmwasserbereiter genießen!

Dieses Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie brauchen, um Ihren Urlaub unvergesslich zu machen. Strand-, Dusch- und Gesichtstücher sind bei Ihrem Aufenthalt inbegriffen. Great Vacation!!
Our stay here was beyond great! We brought the boat and kept it at the homes dock. We went fishing, diving and relaxing at a sandbar! The house is clean, well furnished and very comfortable. The swimming pool and patio area under the home is really nice! Our oldest son’s car battery was dead on departure day and I had no tools. Arty had tools and he cleaned the terminals and we jumped his car. This was really nice of Arty! Thank you! In my fifty some years of life our vacation at this home in Marathon is a top two favorite! Thank you Elizabeth!

Perfect Getaway
We go to the Keys every year and this was our first time at this house. Everything was perfect - location, rooms, bathrooms, pool… you name it. If you’re looking at the Keys for the first time, stay in Marathon and stay here. You’re a 1 minute drive or 5 minute walk to multiple grocery stores. Dock access. Close to Sombrero Beach and several great restaurants. 1-hour to Key West or 1-hour back to Key Largo. We visited all the Keys, as always, but really loved our time hanging out in the outdoor area, listening to music, and playing in the pool. Fully recommend staying here.

The house was beautiful and had a great layout with one bedroom and bath on the main floor and 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the upper floor. The pool area was perfection - covered area with table for eating and hanging out when not in the pool. The dock was fun for fishing and we used the kayaks daily. Location was right between the main road and the beach. Publix, Walgreens and Winn Dixie within walking distance. Great vacation!!

Just what I needed
This property is beautiful and set up for a great stay. The bedrooms are nice and comfortable. Plenty of towels for showers and the beach. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare great meals. The pool and dock areas gave us lots of things to do during our stay. My grand kids and their parents enjoyed the kayaks every morning. We rented a boat and explored sandbars and restaurants in the area. Spending time with my family was perfect on this property. Thanks to the owners for the little extra care.

I have rented many vrbos through the years. I told my family this one is at the top. So much to say. Everyone was very comfortable in there bed. The place was stocked with everything plus stuff you wouldn't even expect. So.very very clean. Layout was great. Outside was built in pool just the right size heated. Over hang area with table and chairs, extra fridge, and tv. Beautiful dock with fish cleaning facility. Chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach. Place had to be decorated by an interior designet it was exquisite. 3 full.baths. It was perfect. We plan.on staying here again

Propery well kept and decorated nice, has everything you need to have a wonderful time. If you use boat dock, its a longer ride to open water, you better have navigation system. Pool was great, heated. Weber grill for cooking, what a plus. Plenty of parking for your boat and car's. Love that is not a gated community, come and gonas you please. Closest boat ramp is 33rd street, about 10mins away. Would definitely stay again..

The house was perfect as it had everything thing you could possibly need and more. Location was perfect as it was right down from the beach, Publix and more! We rented a boat and went out on it everyday and the location was great! Love the way the house was decorated and it was nice having the pool! We also used the bikes every day! There is a guy across the canal that plays crazy in appropriate music for hours and extremely loudly so small kids would have been an issue as the language in the music is truly not for young kids, but we just went inside and dealt with it. Great place to stay.
This VBRO is a perfect place to stay when in Marathon, Florida. It was close to supermarkets as well as restaurants. Each room was nicely decorated. The rental was extremely clean. The kitchen had more than enough cookware, I like to cook. There were plenty of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, garbage bags, laundry detergent and fabric soft. All appliances really work well. Pool and patio areas were very clean and comfortable. We spent most of our time around the pool and in the covered area under the main floor balcony. It was very nice that the area had a TV and refrigerator as well as a ceiling fan. For those who like to stay in the backyard there were plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. They even had a brand-new gas grill. There were bicycles and kayaks and boat dock should we chose to use them. I would definitely return here next year for another visit.
