We’re right in the heart of it so you'll be spoilt for choice with everything Manchester and this vibrant community has to offer!

The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with everything you'd expect to find in a family home so cooking is a breeze.

BEDROOMS:
There's 2 bedrooms with double beds plus a sofa bed in the living room to allow up to 6 people to comfortably stay with us.

LIVING SPACE:
Relax and enjoy our beautiful and unique open plan living space, extra guests? Why not make the most of our sofa bed?

DINING AREA:
We have a dining table which comfortably seats 6 people, perfect for entertaining!

BATHROOM:
We have a fully equipped family bathroom, we also provide complimentary shampoo, soap, conditioner & towels.

LONGER STAYS & FAMILIES:
With super fast broadband it's the perfect spot to work from home. Here with the kids? With two double bedrooms there plenty of space for the children, we also provide a travel cot (we just ask you bring your own sheets)

We provide fresh linen and towels for all of our guests, you'll also find complimentary tea, coffee, soap and shampoo to make your stay extra comfortable and convenient.

If you're visiting Manchester United or Manchester City during your stay we're in the perfect location - just hop on the tram at Piccadilly Gardens then get a direct tram to the stadiums. 15 minutes to Old Trafford & 15 minutes to The Etihad Stadium

Check-in is from 3PM and check-out is by 11AM. If you’d like an early check-in or late check-out, just let us know - we can often accommodate for a small additional fee. You can conveniently check yourself in, and we’ll send all the details ahead of your arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Getting around Northern Quarter and the rest of Manchester is very easy, those who enjoy their walks it's perfect, everything you could want being a walk away.

There are nearby tram stops, such as Shudehill and Piccadilly tram stop. Along with train links that run frequently from Piccadilly and Victoria train station, all just a short walk away.
