Went to reception the morning of checkout and said I wished to make a complaint about my stay, and outlined the following...
- No parking available (it was fuul), even though it states on the website that there is parking and does not say anything about limited availability.
Before I even continued on with the rest, Carlos the receptionist (very rude and unpleasant man) started to defend it saying that they have parking and that it was fuul so it was not my fault - it was obvious at this stage that they dont know how to handle complaints.
Other issues:
- Bed sheets were damp (not really sure why this was)
- No hot water for showers in the morning
- No heating working in the rooms
- Light in main part of room not working
- No lights working in the corridor
They had no interest in listening to my concerns and just wanted to make excuses... it was like it was my fault - and then the classic comment came; we dont own the hotel, we just work here.
Watch out for their reply to this feedback... I bet you they will give excuses and defend it all the way.
I'd avoid this hotel if you want to have an enjoyable stay in Santa Ponsa.
