The reviews for this property are mixed and I do wish I read more of them before booking a non-refundable reservation,
The hotel looks to be for overnight activities in that the front desk is behind plexiglass and the bedside tables in the rooms had burn marks and circular bumps on them.
The sheets had stains on them and the bathroom while modern, seemed like it could use a good scrubbing.
The bed was very comfortable and the TV and wifi worked well. The fridge and microwave were very nice amenities, especially with a grocery store nearby that also had an EV charging station which while busy, was very convenient for us to charge.
The AC unit cooled, but the thermostat didn’t work. I had to continuously reset the device to get it to cool for about 5 minutes which wasn’t possible when sleeping.
The website says the rooms are soundproofed, but that certainly is not the case.
When checking in, we were asked for $20 cash deposit. Both the website and the sign at the front desk mention a $100 credit card hold, so this was unexpected, but refunded on checkout.
I would recommend spending a bit more for a different hotel if possible.
