Man kann sogar durch kleine Lüftungsklappen "echte" Luft ins Zimmer lassen, anstatt alles für die Klimaanlage laufen zu lassen. Allerdings sind diese aus relativ dünnem Blech und somit hört man, egal ob offen oder geschlossen, den Verkehr von der Strasse permanent.

The arrival was an unexpected experience for a handicapped traveler and caregiver. There was no bell service nor valet which made it difficult unloading in a red zone where there were multiple cars. There were not any of the temporary parking spots available. In fact, the next morning the same large truck was still in one of the temporary spots. I would probably not stay due to the lack of accessibility.

Second time I have stayed at this property. First time as a Renaissance. Lots of changes as they are doing a facelift during the rebranding. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Staff was the best staff I have encountered in years. Aside from the construction noise during the day right now, this place is outstanding.

When I booked this hotel it was under a different name and it wasn't under construction. I was very disappointed and unhappy with the construction and the food offer that we received in exchange for the resort fee. If I had know all this was happening when I booked my stay, I would have found somewhere else to stay.

Horrible stay. You should let people know before they book the hotel that it is under construction and none of the listed popular amenities are available. Wake up to hammering and sawing... No hot water in shower... Ice machine broke... No pool... No hot tub... The list goes on. But hey if you want their breakfast buffet with scrambled eggs, toast and old bacon in the conference room since the restaurant is closed it's only gonna cost $30 a person. Smoking deal. The bar is closed as well. Was here on a busy weekend so it was NOT cheap. VERY DISSATISFIED.

Amazing customer service We had issues at another hotel near by. Went on line and booked this hotel, we were 2 hours early for check in which they had no problem with. We explained what had happen at the previous place and the girl behind the counter gave us a room credit for food for $75. She didn’t have to do that but I think she could see how flustered we were and she just made our day better. I’m sorry I don’t remember her name.

At checkin we were told construction would start at 8 am...well it started at 6 am. every morning. The room was adequate - like at Motel 6. The morning breakfast buffet is over priced and again just adequate. If you want a breakfast buffet, the one on the St Mary ship is the same price and way better plus you have a view. We were here for a conference which returns next year to Long Beach again and will definitely not stay here again.

Extremely frustrating experience. I paid for the room, yet when I got there, I was told that they oversold the hotel and were placing me in another hotel a quarter-mile away from the conference I was attending. The staff at the other hotel were kind and understanding, but this was just unacceptable. I chose that hotel because the conference was being held there, paid in advance, and after a four and a half hour drive from Las Vegas, have to go find the other hotel and walk back to the conference hotel. They should refund my hotel cost since they didn’t let me stay at the hotel I actually paid for. I normally am not one to leave negative reviews, but how do you boot someone who paid in advance? Is it because I booked through Expedia instead of the Bonvoy app?

One day at the pike in Long Beach
Hotel location for Long Beach pike is perfect. Arrived at hotel to notice a lot of renovations being done. Lobby on 3rd floor. Check in was okay. We were told water shut off from 930pm - 630 Am. They did comp parking for the inconvenience and gave us a $25 dollar credit at the SIP Bar & Lounge. Here is the reality to that discount. They want you to apply the bill to your room and at check out they will credit the $25 so make sure to double check. If I didn’t bring it up, wouldn’t have gotten my discount. Room was clean, AC didn’t work very well. Beds were comfy, clean Bathroom. The Area around felt sketchy, lots off homeless didn’t feel to safe in the evening. Not sure I’d stay here again. Maybe after renovations are done, it will be better. One night stay to attend Día de Muertos Parade.
