Perched in the tranquil hills of Malibu, this stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house offers breathtaking ocean and canyon views. The spacious living area provides comfort while the expansive deck invites you to soak in the panoramic scenery. The property is just ten minutes away from Pepperdine University and 4 minutes from Pacific Coast Highway, providing easy access to Malibu's pristine beaches, scenic hiking trails, and world-class dining and shopping destinations, Offering the perfect combination of coastal charm and hillside serenity. This 3-bedroom house is perfect for your escape to Malibu. After you park at our spacious roadside parking lot, walking down the resort-like wooden stairs surrounded by trees you will arrive at our cozy home. Facing us is the dining room with full kitchen. We have one California King size bedroom with a sofa, fire place and a small library on the left side and a king size bedroom with a bathroom on the right side. Every room can walk to the long balcony with ocean view and canyon view through the sliding glass door. Going upstairs you will arrive at the third bedroom on the right side with a queen size bed, a floor mattress and a crib inside the big cabinet. There’s a bathroom with one door to the third bedroom and one door to the corridor. Opposite the bedroom is a spacious oceanview living room with two big sofas. There are still two air mattresses at the bottom of the big cabinet right by the stairs. Outside the living room is a rooftop terrace with outstanding ocean view and canyon view and birds view. It’s relaxing to have coffee or tea or wine here to enjoy the clouds, the sunset and the stars. We have all the essentials for cooking and it’s very easy for you to switch from inside dining to outside dining by either at the front porch dining table enjoying the harmony with the singing parrots or the balcony table enjoying treetop ocean view and canyon view. Washer and dryer with detergent are located at the end of the balcony. Since we are blessed with California sunshine, beach breeze and mountain air we recommend open air although every room is equipped with fans and air conditioning and TVs with Netflix. While there is endless fun to explore in and around Malibu, we've also curated plenty of amenities so you can relax and enjoy your time right here at the house with comfort and convenience.
