Angeblich nicht reserviert ...
Trotz expedia-Bestätigung der Buchung war kein Zimmer vorbereitet, was nach über 20 Stunden Reisezeit unakzeptabel ist. Nach 45 Minuten und viel Diskussion war ein Ersatzzimmer "hergezaubert", was aber auch nicht durch Sauberkeit oder angenehmen Geruch, etc. besonders auffiel. Das Personal wirkte desinteressiert und hat sich mit Telefon, statt mit meinem Problem beschäftigt.

close to highway, spacious rooms
Wasn't the first time I stayed here. The motel is situated close to highway and Ontario Airport. Rooms are spacious with fridge and microwave. This time they gave me a room close to the washing machines which is a covered area and was obviously used as a toilet by cats (or humans). Our advice: If they want to give you one of these rooms, you better ask for an other one

Personal sehr Freundlich, unsere Suite stank
Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang sind extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir mussten beim Check In dafür unterschreiben, dass wir in unserer Suite nicht rauchen. Als wir in unsere Suite kamen, stank es abartig nach Rauch von Mariuana. Leider waren alle anderen Zimmer in diesem Hotel ausgebucht und es schon spät abends um eine andere Unterkunft zu suchen so dass wir in diesem übelst richenden Suite übernachten mussten. Ansonsten ist die Suite groß und schön eingerichtet. Whirlpool ist vorhanden und das Bad ist sehr geräumig. Trotzdem waren wir froh am nächsten morgen auszuchecken. Der freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption hat sich darum gekümmert, dass wir für die nächste Nacht eine andere Suite bekommen. Wir haben unsere Sachen ins Auto gepackt und sind am Abend wieder gekommen. Da bekamen wir eine andere Suite bei der alles in Ordnung war.

We had a jetted tub for two very nice. Gentleman at check in was great. Denny's next door, Taco Bell, McDonalds, Kentucky fried,Firehouse Subs, others all in the walkable area, easy to find right off freeway

I would stay here again. The property itself is a bit dated, but whoever the management/owner really made an effort keep the place clean. My family and I stayed in room#111 on the ground floor. The room was clean and towels are well prepared and folded. The bed was comfortable (if you like medium firm), the bathroom was tidy no broken tile or door. Everything was functioning the way it should. But the best part is.. there was no loitering people outside. I felt safe staying here with my family.

I went to check in, i had booked a reservation and they didnt have me on computer Hotel didnt help at all or first operator i was pretty much doing there job in the rain for about 2 hours hotel closed door on me it was all bad at first, finally checked in but was not compensated for big inconvenience i went to get my room everything else was ok bad scores was cause of hotel customer service and first operator 2nd operator helped out he was cool

I reviewed the details of your reservations and while you made the reservation at 9:50pm, the reservation was not confirmed by Hotels.com and sent to us until 11:50pm. Unfortunately, if we haven't received the reservation we are unable to contact the third-party without any information to reference and we have to ask you to contact them. That is their policy. In the future, if you want to avoid delays in us receiving the reservation, you can call us to book directly. I'm glad the rest of your stay was good and you were satisfied with the room.

Family trip
We had 2 adults and 3 kids and we enjoyed it. Note that the suite unit is upstairs and no elevator, but we made it happen. There was a fridge, microwave, coffee pot. Lots of room for everyone. 2 queens and pull out bed. Ac/heater unit the in bedroom as well as the living space with the pull out bed/couch. We didnt use the pool since the weather was too cold but it was really small. Dennys was right next door and you got a discount if you stayed at the hotel. There were also 3 other fast food restaurants walking distance. Pillows were flat and I wish the bed covers were a little thicker/heavier but overall it worked for our needs.

Rooms are mostly renovated, but the bathtub was dated and a bit corroded around the drain. There were a couple hairs in the bathroom. Location is right next to the freeway onramp so expect continuous vehicle noise.

The room looked clean at a glance but it was dusty the floor was dirty and on top of that there was cockroaches in the room. It was a rainy day so we wanted some coffee as the have a coffee maker in the room. But once I opened it to prep for the coffe it was dusty and dirty as if no one cleaned after. We had kids with us and definitely would not comeback specially with kids.

I wouldn't recommend it
Pros - close to freeway and food. Room was big. Cons - Room walls and ceiling are not well insulated - a lot of noise throughout the night. The amenities were minimal, tiny pool, poor parking availabality . Paying extra to get a room with a jetted tub was a waste - the water does not get warm enough to enjoy a bath.
