Nachdem uns in der ersten Nacht leider die ungewöhnlich laut brummende (und eigentlich ausgeschaltete) Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer um den ruhigen Schlaf gebracht hatte, hat man uns am nächsten Tag ohne Diskussion direkt ein anderes (und auch größeres) Zimmer/Suite angeboten. Das fanden wir sehr zuvorkommend und das hat unsere Erwartungen deutlich übertroffen. Das Hotel ist top-ausgestattet - auch wenn die Möblierung der Zimmer jetzt nicht unseren Geschmack entspricht. Das Spa haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen. Leider wurde der Boden des Gym in der Zeit renoviert, so das wir das nicht wie geplant nutzen konnten, aber wir haben uns auch so bei der Erkundung von Beverly Hills oder den Beaches ausreichend bewegen können. Die Lage ist top, das Hotel bietet einen kostenpflichtigen Parkservice für das Auto an. Wir haben uns jedenfalls während unseres kurzen Aufenthalts sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Zimmer war noch im alten Stil und nicht renoviert, Hotel komplett ausgebucht. Hoffe bei meinem nächsten Besuch mehr Glück zu haben. Auch viele Treppen zu steigen weil Aufzug nur auf einer Seite ist. War aber voll zufrieden. Valet/Overnight parking mit $ 35 etwas teuer

Our check in was super easy and the girl at the front desk made sure we knew EVERYTHING we would have needed! We chose to do valet with our vehicle & it was outstanding by day 2 they knew what we were driving and would see us come down and go get the car! It was outstanding! Great location, safe for mother/daughter trip. Staff was always very courteous and friendly, from the front desk and housekeeping to the valet! Would stay again…just make sure you bring a noise machine for sleeping if you need noise…outside noise could be heard at times (with no noise machine). Other than that…fully stocked kitchenette provided opportunity to eat in a couple of nights.
