Thank you for your review. I am so sorry that we fell short of your expectation. I do acknowledge that this is an old hotel but to call this hotel a slum hut and dirty is not quite fair because we strive really hard to maintain this hotel to the utmost. As a matter of fact, we are slowly improving some of our facilities such as the hallways, bathrooms etc. I have been working here 19 years and 3 years ago, there was a changed in ownership and they are really doing their best for this hotel not only to be at par but to become better than our competitors especially when services are concerned. I do hope that you will give us another chance to serve you better in the future.

First, let me thank you for staying with us and submitting your score although we could be happier if it's a high score. Based on my investigation here, we charged Expedia and not your credit card. As a matter of fact, my staff tried to charge you for the 11.00 parking fee only but your card was declined. Should there be any authorization on your card by accident, rest assure that it'll drop in a few days and promise you that you were not charged twice. We hope to see you again.

Hotel has been charging for parking for 10 years now and it's posted in our website and also in all third party booking engines like Expedia. We are sorry that you missed it.
