Sehr gepflegte Unterkunft mit sauberen, großen Zimmern und einem bequemen Bett. Gäste-Waschmaschinen und Trockner sind auch vorhanden. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb. Für einen Ausflug ins Disneyland sollte man mindestens 1 Stunde Fahrtzeit einplanen, für die Universal Studios 1,5 Stunden - da die Autobahnen fast immer verstopft sind. Viele Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten ums Eck. Fazit: absolut empfehlenswert!

Deutlich schlechter als die Beschreibung
Angeblicher Shuttle vom und zum Flughafen war nicht existent, ebenso der Shuttlebus zur nächsten Mall, Hotel hat auch kein Taxi gerufen sondern lediglich die Telefonnummer eines Taxiunternehmens herausgegeben, kein Zimmerservice bei 4 Nächten Aufenthalt, Frühstück minimalistisch, Zimmer sehr verwohnt, definitiv keine Empfehlung

Due to my mom being handicapped, the property allowed me to park in the 20 minute reservation parking space throughout my stay, which was much appreciated. All staff are friendly and will make sure that you are happy and and go above and beyond.

I liked that it was immediately right next to the Ontario Convention Center, which made it easy on me as a vendor to walk there every morning. I also greatly appreciate the free breakfast, though I wasn't able to enjoy the dinner, as conventions run a little later than the hotel's scheduled dinner times, but that's my own inconvenience to overcome. Overall, I was very satisfied with being able to get back to my hotel room every night and just relax in full safety and security. That's my personal experience, anyway. I'm looking forward to staying there again when I go back in town for an event at that convention center!

I liked that it was walking distance to the convention center. Great place if you're staying for a convention. It also didn't take long to find a parking spot.

This property was perfectly situated next to the Ontario convention center. There was easy drive or walk to get food. The hotel offered free breakfast and had a restaurant with a bar. It was a calm and relaxing environment. Would stay here again.

Walked into my room used towels were inside. The gentleman at the check in desk needs customers training bad. This is the second time I been here and he hasn't changed. When you come from the back and you see people at the counter you ask who's next don't assume. Also when someone hands you their credit cards and license you hand it back don't place it on the counter soo rude.

Front desk service felt very dismissive! Asked for a few things one being a wine opener and they did not have told me to go to bar and ask! Asked for curtain in room to be fixed and were absolutely filthy gross couldn’t open it at all and no one showed up! Bar and restaurant were only open for what felt like 2 hours. Bartender had no idea how to make a dirty martini. The free breakfast was monitored on how much eggs and sausage you can have (every day same thing) Positives, the cleaning lady was very nice and handled my trash situation immediately Very close to convention center but felt uneasy walking back n forth by myself Room was good size but smelled like it was 100 years old inside. Bring a candle!!

Very basic, they don’t clean the room unless you ask and even when you do request it they only partial clean. The bed was left messy and towels not changed. The floor in the room was very dirty. The “free breakfast” was very basic. For the price it’s okay, but most likely won’t be returning.

The property is close to the convention center and offers free parking and breakfast. The room was spacious and clean! I like having a refrigerator, microwave and sink/bar in the living area. The breakfast was satisfying and the area was clean.

Nice Hotel not sure the front desk was all that friendly or welcoming but at least he was fast but overall clean, everything worked, good air conditioning and beds ok, had coffee and the TV and cable options were adequate I would have given Hotel an 8.0 rating as well overall some things are a bit dated could get a renovation would no doubt improve overall ratings
