„Nice located on the beach, close to town. But the hotel is highly overpriced and a bit of a disappointment: The rooms are impractical in many details like not much space for luggage, there are not enough hangers for towels, etc… also, you hear your neighbours through the venting system. Staff is professionally friendly, but seems to be quite bored. Thats not luxury and not worth the price in our opinion. “

„Insgesamt wirklich sehr gutes Hotel, sehr freundlicher Check-In, schöne angenehm große Zimmer mit 2 Doppelbetten, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, ruhig, freies Parken. Lage auf Long Island gut, allerdings zu weit entfernt für Sightseeing in Manhattan mit ÖPNV. Auto daher zwingend erforderlich. Falls wir nochmal in der Gegend sein sollten, würde ich dieses Hotel wieder nehmen.“

The walk to the F-train (about 8 minutes) is lined with homeless individuals and people constantly asking for money. Police presence is visible on almost every block. „My husband and I stayed for one night at Montauk Blue. The room was very clean, comfortable bed, and stunning view of the ocean. Staff was extremely nice. Didn't swim in the pool, but we wanted to look at the pool room. The pool was extremely clean and inviting. Next time, we will try the jacuzzi. The hotel is a 2 block walk to Main Street. Ate dinner at Shagwong. Everything was great. Will be back.“

„We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf bij The Three Ducks. De kamer was ruim, stijlvol en supercomfortabel – echt een plek om tot rust te komen. De omgeving is zalig rustig en straalt pure luxe uit. Er zijn wel een paar kleine dingen die het verblijf nog net iets vlotter hadden gemaakt.
