Erster Eindruck von aussen täuscht. Zimmer sind ganz gut. Es war für ein Flughafenhotel sehr leise. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Auch die Heathrow Pods können gegen Gebühr genutzt werden. Insgesamt gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.

The conduct of the reception ist not ok!
I stayed at the hotel for one night for 2 reasons: 1) price is good comparable tomatier hotels 2) the pod saves a lot of time BUT I have experienced the unfriendliest conduct at the check out. I checked-in on the 30th of August 2023 and the process was quite ok, by two Indian receptionists. When I checked out on the next day, there is one male receptionist (I checked out between 09:30-09:50, just to make you know which worker has served me, he did not wear any name shield on the cloth so I cannot complain on the persons name), showing his unfriendly face like someone owes him money and I told him: check out please, he literally said “ok bye”. Then I asked him for the information of the pod, he was quite inpatient and said: look at the poster behind you. So I asked him for ticket information, meanwhile I also was looking at Uber. Then he was like: so you take Uber or pod? Me: I asked your information first and did not get any answers, could you please tell me the duration of the pod and where to go. Finally I bought a ticket for the pod because it’s really time saving and convenient but it is not acceptable for being treated like this as a customer. I am Asian and I have the impression he is discriminating against me. I am not seeking to any compensations, I just want the hotel manager to put an eye on the “conduct education towards to ALL KIND OF COSTUMERS”. Pls also try to speak English with no accent, not everyone is understanding English in that way.

es ist ein großes hotel das schon ein wenig in die jahre gekommen ist alles ist sauber nur um zu mein zimmer zu kommen mußte ich über den parkplatz. bei dem frühstück hat man eine große auswahl an speisen, das bad war sehr klein und eng. auf der terrasse kan man die flugzeuge beobachten

Sound proofing in rooms was awful. Unfortunately was up at 3am for an early flight and the couple next door kept us awake most of the night. They sounded like they were having a nice time… especially the lady. It was awful as it sounded like they were having sex in our room!

It is so very convenient for getting a good sleep before a flight especially from terminal 5. Bus 423 and one other (350? maybe) costs £1.75 and drops you off in front - takes about 7 minutes. It is a large place with no elevator but is only 2 storeys high so that’s not a big problem for many. Very clean, coffee tea in room, quiet, iron and hair dryer. I’ll keep coming back.

I was promised a refund if I stayed on the Tuesday instead of the Thursday which I did I had to change my booking due to my step mum being very poorly she passed away the day I got there so thank goodness I did change the booking I have no refund When I call reception they out the phone down rather than answer when I call reservations they keep me hold for ages It’s been ten days now and the most stressful time of my life and now I am told there are no notes on the thistle system to say I would get a refund and no name or anything about the conversation I have had.

Stayed for one day as had a morning flight ✈️ parking cost £15 for the night. Had burger and steak sandwich in restaurant was good but expensive so was drinks. But i guess to be expected. Rooms are dated but clean.
