Intentionally booked as 'nice' option. Facilities were just not functional - shower heating controls, extractor fans not working, overhead lights in a bedroom not working. Instructions for key pickup AND dropoff were inaccurately listed. I've traveled extensively and am pretty easygoing, but this was not matching value to its price and had not one but several issues that just got tiring frankly.

The property was gorgeous and clean. Very functional and spacious for a small group. The kitchen was well equipped, although we enjoyed coffee from the market on the corner every morning. Lots of cute restaurants and shopping. A night at the Boogaloo, in short walking distance, is a must. The key was a bit far to retrieve and drop off. But overall wonderful stay!

Highgate Flat

Nice two bedroom, two bath property in a fantastic location. Close to Highgate tube station and close to 134 and 43 buses which take you to the West End and the City of London respectively. There is a Sainsburys local supermarket a few minutes walk away on the Archway Road. Highgate village is a very short walk away and is a must-do for its atmosphere and numerous wonderful pubs. Property team answered all queries quickly. We opted to pick up key from the key keeper facility at the store by Archway station which was a little inconvenient and should be made clearer in the property’s listing. Stairs leading up to the property front door, and the narrow staircase leading up to the flat itself, can be awkward with heavy bags. Overall I would highly recommend the property and would stay there again.

Wonderful place to stay!

We had such a wonderful time! The flat was clean, beautifully decorated, stocked kitchen supplies, and comfortable beds. The location was perfect for us- walk to pubs and cafes and easily bus or tube elsewhere. Thank you to City Relay who was very responsive and accommodating! We would surely stay again and recommend to other friends and family.
