You'll find and open plan living and dining area off the kitchen making the atmosphere social and inviting. In addition, guests are also treated to a fully equipped kitchen and spacious bedrooms. When the weather is on your side, Paddington Recreational Park with tennis courts, a running track and a gym is only a two minutes' walk around the corner.

The Space:
This particular flat feels homely thanks to its warm and cosy decor and new, clean furniture. There are comfortable beds, and excellent kitchen and a large light filled and open dining and living space.

Access the whole apartment and a bike shed if needed

The Neighborhood:
Located in quaint Maida Vale. Here you’ll find great restaurants and a strong sense of community, and hardly any tourists. A village type neighbourhood with restaurants, bars, pubs and coffee shops as well as a hairdresser, nail salon and massage spa. This area has everything you need. Not to mention a hardware store and convenience store for all emergency supply needs.

Getting Around:
It is a 4 minute walk to Maida Vale underground station (on the bakerloo line) which gets you into central London in 8 minutes.Otherwise stroll along the little Venice canal to Paddington and enjoy the boat houses and natural scenery.

Other Things to Note:
There are a lot of stairs to get to the flat. 3 flights (60 steps). If mobility or exercise is a problem for you we do not recommend this apartment. Please ask if you have any doubts.
