Thank you for your feedback. However the affordable price you paid, is reflected in your accommodation. The picture is real and of the room. I must say to everyone this guest contacted me at 6am, woke me up to ask how to use the cooker when the instructions was right there next to fridge. Which is near the cooker. In the end they didn't understand at all the simplicity of using a job, and I was concerned they would not turn it off properly and cause an issue of safety. For themselves and other guests. So I told them not to use it unless they know how to turn on d off. I think this type of guest should book a hotel without kitchen facilities so they don't misuse or cause any safety issues. And pay more so they get better. My accommodation is clean basic and affordable. Hence the price. Thanks take care..

I'm glad you enjoyed your stay and would happily host you again. Previous larger televisions were damaged by guests :( therefore replacements are now minimum televisions. Also, most guests want to visit London and don't spend a lot of time in the apartment. But thanks for your feedback, I've taken it on board. Regards
