5 minutes walk from Terminal 2, very friendly and helpful staff. Expected more from the breakfast selection (compared to hotels I'd stayed in in London it was a bit disappointing), comfy beds and spacious, clean room. Great view of the runway from the upper floor 👍

Very Convenient
Getting into the hotel was a bit weird, as from the ground level you have to go up two flights to get to the reception. All was clean and relatively modern, high floor runway view was great. Tea kettle tripped the room breaker, but maintenance fixed it quickly. The hotel is very convenient to Terminal 2, you have to walk through the car park, or an air bridge depending on which level of the terminal you're on. Breakfast was also quite good, full English with various healthier options as well.

Bar on the top floor is fun. Rooms are crisp and well laid out. Staff is friendly and professional. Terminal 3 is farther away than you think. Give yourself plenty of time to get from the hotel to check in.

The Hilton Garden Inn at Heathrow is a fantastic property. Being located near both terminal 2 and terminal 3 makes it a great location for catching a departing flight.

Brand new hotel is super comfortable, well maintained, with friendly staff. The lobby is quite small, it's not a typical hotel with a large open lobby and a restaurant. Though I was told there was a restaurant, I never saw it. Likely on another level/floor. Otherwise it was quite convenient for a business traveler in and out of London. I did go into London as well, which was quite easy as there is quick access to the Picadilly Subway Line (45 minutes to London Central) as well as the Paddington Express (15-20 minutes into Central London) You can gain easy access to the Public Transport without having to deal with the elements as it is all covered. Additionally, the hotel is best suited to people leaving or coming into Terminal 2.

If you don’t want to worry about transportation to the airport, this is the place to stay. Clean, modern, on site restaurant and walkable to the airport. This is our go to when we do business travel to Heathrow.

We had been in England for a cruise and needed to stay an extra night. This was very convenient for us to stay overnight and catch our plane in the morning. Everything was lovely. Dinner was nice in the restaurant. The rooftop bar was fun to be able to look over the airport and city. The laundry services were a huge bonus.

You stay here when you have to! Can't beat the convenience for flights in and out of terminal 2. Get the room service - expensive as it always is, but a nice treat and enjoy the view of planes coming in if you've got a high floor view. We had a family room, good size. Comfortable beds. Excellent shower, wonderful water pressure! Good quality bathroom amenities included, shampoo and conditioner, body wash and lotion.
