Sehr schönes Hotel
Das Hotel war sehr schön. Mir gefiel die Einrichtung wie auch die Bauart des Hotels. Die Einrichtungen und Freizeitmöglichkeiten waren genial. Es war alles vorhanden, vom Fitnessstudio über Pool und Spa bereiche bis zum Restaurant, Bar und Starbucks. Einfach genial! Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr hätten besser sein können aber Liverpool war trotzdem innerhalb von 20 min mit dem Zug zu erreichen, nur der Weg zum Bahnhof war etwas weit. Ansonsten top Hotel.

Unfortunately our room was not clean and had a terrible smell. The carpet was dirty and it just generally looked quite run down and in need of a freshen up. They couldn’t offer another room as all family rooms were booked so we never stayed. We have stayed in other Village Hotels which were great but I couldn’t say the same about this one.

Great Hotel, room not to clean, To begin
Great Hotel with a good bar and food, friendly staff and a great gym. The cleanliness of my room wasnt to good. The small shelf behind the headboard of the bed was thick with dust and dirt. The edging in the bathroom below the mirror was thick with dust and dirt. The skirting boards was very dusty.

Nice stay, everything was as ypu would expect. The o ly tbing that was a let down was the bar maid that served us our drinks totally didn't want to be there. She was unhelpful and the only time she used any manners was when she was taking our money. L

Enjoyed our stay, however stood on a very small slither of glass in the swimming pool which made my toe bleed. Staff did get me a plaster, they reassured me they check in the pool later.

comfortable hotel, but it's the staff who make it!
Great stay as ever, lovely staff, thanks for the chats to Sally, Nikki and Louie on front desk, and special shout out to Julie at breakfast F&B for remembering why we were last there and giving us a big hug when she found out we were back for the funeral. Love that the staff go that extra step and are friendly x
