Everything ok
Although basic, still one of the best hotels in Leicester. Very centrally located. A fridge in the room would be nice.

Ein zentral gelegenes Hotel.Ca. 500 m vom Bahnhof entfernt.Das Zimmer war geräumig,sauber und in einem guten Zustand.Das Bett war sehr bequem.Das Bad hatte eine begehbare Dusche und war ebenfalls geräumig.Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Fan in the room didn't seem to work, but aside from that, it was clean, nice lamp lights & ceiling lights, comfy bed & good towels, large room, pretty quiet, etc. Overall a pleasant stay.

Only good thing about ramada is its location. Staff don't always acknowledge you and very few smile or ask if ok, I stayed 5 months and not one asked me how I am. The ignorant staff ruin it for the positive smiley ones. Most of them would benefit on a customer service course. The cleaners, after knowing me still threw out my medication I left in drawer & paperwork I had bluetacked to the wall. One of them even stole my eye cream and then later my mascara. Unbelievable. There is no light in the room, the chair is rocky, the bathroom has no fan, the mattress is soft and they are all the same. There is no where to eat unless you eat their expensive and limited food in their dining area or lounge. Breakfast is badic English. The toaster gives lightly cooked bread or burnt. I was told they dont do laundry but then found laundry and dry cleaning list. Dont count sofa-bed as bed the springs are felt easy. No light in main area makes it not bright enough, basic, ironing board needs thicker cover so don't use unless you want to mark your clothes. I was told only other food is only the evening meals, then I see people eating, plenty of places to see and eat in city.

Great place, great people. I was out partying from 4pm to 3:30am and staggered in and had staff check I’m good before letting up to bed. Woke up around 9am had breakfast and a shower and left. The room was great, bringing a girl back would be the only improvement I’d have made

It’s a lower cost hotel but is fine if you are looking for a good experience for business travel. Plenty of leisure people around too but mostly business - I was there on a Tuesday. Rooms fine, we’ll equipped, good shower. Not too much noise, bar/restaurant good if limited choice, but overall a better experience than in some.

We arrived at 4 pm laundry not arrive with a genuine reason . But when it was done slight stain on bottom sheet and only one towel . Also room was not secure when we booked in. Tv didn’t work at all , Curtain nets ripped in several places . Informed staff not interested no manager to talk to given a generic email address . Senior desk person didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience espaically the tv . As was doing the 10k race so like the background to chill out and missed the athletics on the Saturday night, only saving bit was location to race start which was my research not the hotel . Sooo disappointed more about the way this was not handoed didn’t feel very valued

Good facility, some things to sort though
Parking cost is ridiculous, I rarely stay at this hotel as I can get lower cost or free parking at most other locations. Staff does not have ability to change out currency to permit leaving gratuity for housekeeping staff--very unfortunate.

Mini Break at Ramada
Absolutely loved the hotel! The lobby was big and welcoming. The staff were helpful. Very clean and cosy. Right in the middle of everything you need from shopping to historical sights. My Nine year old loved it and wants to come back to visit again! She would stay for longer than 5 days if she could. Thank you Ramada for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Shazia

The staff were so friendly, helpful and welcoming. We literally spent hours in the bar and restaurant because there was no where else we'd rather be. Everyone we encountered, from kitchen staff, front desk staff, bar staff, cleaners etc were so genuinely friendly and obviously enjoyed their work. I would not hesitate to stay here again because of that reason. The room was comfortable and clean. Stand out staff made this a 5* stay.

An Outstanding Budget Hotel 10/10
This is to be honest an outstanding Budget Hotel. Every member of the Team here were extremely Customer Focused, especially Sahim in the Bar / restaurant 10/10. The Hotel is just a few minute walk from the Curve Theatre.

Lifts did not work, phone in my room did not work. Staff were totally unhelpful and my whole floor stank of marijuana (the staffs response was "I can get some air freshener") . Avoid this hotel at all costs. Would give 0 stars if I could. Shocking. Only silver lining is that the location is good.

Good hotel, friendly staff, clean &t idyllic room. WiFi good enough for video conference. Breakfast a little chaotic and would benefit from more people clearing tables, topping up buffet etc.
