I was in the Opal Tower and first impression of the room was great. However, I had only two big towels. No floor towel for the shower and no face cloths at all. I thought that was standard. On first day, I blocked cleaning till 1130 am and then explicitely set that I want my room cleaned. After returning 1230 pm, room was uncleaned and lamp still on. I thought it was a random error so I retried the next day. Still no cleaning. I was quite angry and called room number 0 which I expected to be the hotel service number. They sent someone to clean the room immediately. So after about 15 minutes she arrived. Communication was a bit hard so I just sit and wait till she finished cleaning. After that day, cleaning was random. Sometimes towels got replaced, sometimes not. Some parts of the room were never cleaned (sofa and floor). I expect this to be improved. Also a big minus was the not functioning air condition. I set it to off. However, it randomly enabled itself for a short period of time which was annoying. Talking to peers, they told me that there is a cableless phone charger near the bed. Well, not in my room. Despite I wouldn't use it, I expect the furniture of all rooms to be the same if the price is the same. The rest was ok, If you wanted to find something of the previous visitor it was possible. As long as the toilet and the bed is clean it is ok for me. I complained at my last day and got some refund for the first two days. I appreciated that.
