A hotel in the middle of nowhere!
A hotel in the middle of nowhere! Liegt weit weg von allem ab und Blick auf Industriezone! Gut für eine Nacht, wenn man zum Flughafen muss, ansonsten uninteressant! Dann würde ich BOULDER STATION mehr empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und das Frühstück war ok. Was ich beanstaden muss in dieser Preisklasse, ist das es nur Einweggeschirr gab. Außerdem waren für den Pool keine Sonnenschirme da, obwohl 2 Sonnenschirmständer da waren. Das kann eigentlich im Best Western nicht seib

I made a reservation for a king size bed and they gave me a 2 queen size bed without even notified me, when I get to my room the key wasn’t working and when finally one staff lady helped me to open the door I noticed that the room was 2 queen bed, I went to the front desk to report about the room key and my king bed and all the lady told me was that when I made the reservation Expedia new that the king bed room was already booked so, she didn’t even apologized, I asked for a replaced room key and she said she will bringing to my room, really bad service,

I probably would not stay there again. It is in the middle of an industrial area there are no dinning places close by. The cost was about the same as other places. When I selected it I just got tired of looking around for places to stay and settled on this one. Our room was pretty clean and staff was OK too.

The highway traffic was not conducive for sleep! I requested a quiet room 5 days prior to arrival. I didn’t sleep at all! The next day requested a quiet room and I was told the room was ready after 5p. I switched room tried to see if any different- Nope!! I left and still had to pay for the night in a room I never used!

The employees were very friendly and kind. We were facing the busy street, so we did have road noise at night. Do not book through Expedia! I was told by the hotel my rate was $99.78 per night, and I paid $117 to Expedia. They were not willing to give me the $40 difference, in any form. Not customer service friendly.
